What PV is, the ethics and history it stands on, the vocabulary and workflow of the actual job, and where the discipline stands globally in 2026.
From The Drug Safety Coach's Global PV Career Course
The regulators, standards, and 2025–26 rule changes that govern PV worldwide.
From The Drug Safety Coach's Global PV Career Course
From preclinical toxicology to lifelong post-marketing surveillance — the full circular, AI-augmented lifecycle every case and signal fits into.
From The Drug Safety Coach's Global PV Career Course
The dictionary every case, signal, and aggregate report is built on — structure, governance, coding conventions, term selection, and SMQs.
From The Drug Safety Coach's Global PV Career Course
The one part of every case a human actually reads — structure, objectivity, sequencing, and how single-case narratives roll up into PBRER line listings.
From The Drug Safety Coach's Global PV Career Course
The judgment calls every downstream PV activity depends on — WHO-UMC, Naranjo, the six seriousness criteria, expectedness, and how they combine into a SUSAR decision.
From The Drug Safety Coach's Global PV Career Course
From a statistical flag to a validated signal to a label change — disproportionality analysis, the human review step, and where AI genuinely helps.
From The Drug Safety Coach's Global PV Career Course
From individual-case judgment to cumulative judgment — PBRER structure, the data lock point, benefit-risk analysis, and how it all differs from a DSUR.
From The Drug Safety Coach's Global PV Career Course
From reactive reporting to proactive planning — RMP structure, risk minimisation measures, the safety concern lifecycle, and how the EU and US approaches compare.
From The Drug Safety Coach's Global PV Career Course
Where everything this course has covered actually lives — case form architecture, workflow, E2B(R3) transmission, validation, and how the major platforms compare.
From The Drug Safety Coach's Global PV Career Course
Who is legally accountable for a PV system, and the single master document that describes it to a regulator.
From The Drug Safety Coach's Global PV Career Course
How case-level QC, the PVQS, and a properly run CAPA cycle keep a PV system honest between inspections — and what actually happens once an inspector walks in.
From The Drug Safety Coach's Global PV Career Course
What AI actually does in production PV systems in 2026 — the taxonomy, the named platforms, the governance framework, and the human-in-the-loop discipline that makes all of it safe.
From The Drug Safety Coach's Global PV Career Course
Two parallel disciplines beyond conventional drug safety — AEFI classification and causality, active vaccine surveillance, and post-market device vigilance.
From The Drug Safety Coach's Global PV Career Course
How pharmacovigilance fills the gaps clinical trials leave behind — RWD sources, study design, confounding, OMOP, federated networks, and how RWE actually confirms a signal.
From The Drug Safety Coach's Global PV Career Course
The drug-side counterpart to Module 4’s MedDRA — how a product itself gets uniquely, globally identified, and why that identification quality determines signal detection accuracy.
From The Drug Safety Coach's Global PV Career Course
From classroom to career — the ladder, the paths in, the resume and interview, and how to use this course whether you’re a medic, a pharmacist, a career-changer, a student, or a teacher.

All 27 MedDRA System Organ Classes — click one
MedDRA is the standard medical vocabulary regulators require for coding adverse events. A System Organ Class (SOC) is its broadest category — e.g. "Cardiac disorders" — each one placed here on the body system it actually describes.
MedDRA Five-Level Hierarchy (v29.0) — click a term
Every reported symptom gets coded from broad to specific: System Organ Class → High Level Group Term → High Level Term → Preferred Term → Lowest Level Term — the exact wording a patient or doctor used maps down to one PT.
