This applies to every paid feature on thedrugsafetycoach.com: AI Interview Practice, Resume Builder, Certification, and the Members' Corner. All of these are digital products delivered instantly to your account, there's no physical shipping involved.
These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, so there's nothing recurring to cancel. Access, once unlocked, stays unlocked; there's no ongoing charge to stop.
If a paid feature genuinely isn't for you, request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you haven't substantially used it, for the Members' Corner, that means not having downloaded the book, its templates or worked case files, or completed AI course lessons; for AI Interview Practice, Resume Builder, or Certification, not having used the core feature you paid for. Once a downloadable file has been downloaded or a tool's core feature has been used, that purchase is no longer eligible, the same way a used digital download can't be "returned."
Regardless of the window above: a duplicate or accidental charge, a payment that was deducted but never unlocked the feature (a technical failure on our end), or a feature that's materially broken and can't be fixed within a reasonable time. Contact us and we'll sort it out.
Email hello@thedrugsafetycoach.com with the email address you used to sign up and the approximate date of payment. We'll confirm the purchase against our records and let you know the outcome within a few days.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days of approval. From there, how quickly it reflects in your account depends on your bank or card issuer, typically another 3 to 5 business days.
