Module 10 compared Oracle Argus, ARISg, and Veeva Vault Safety on deployment architecture, case structure, and E2B(R3) support. This lesson revisits the same three major platforms — plus ArisGlobal’s NavaX specifically — through a narrower, more current lens: what AI capability each one actually ships in production as of 2026, not what any vendor’s roadmap promises for later.
Oracle Argus Safety pairs its long enterprise deployment history with automated NLP-based email intake, PII redaction built specifically for GDPR compliance, and AI-assisted MedDRA and WHO-DD code suggestion with confidence scoring. It was recognised as a Leader in the 2025 IDC MarketScape for worldwide life science PV technology, and in January 2026, CRO QPS Holdings selected it specifically to strengthen PV in clinical trials — a sign the platform’s AI capability is winning new deployments, not just retaining legacy ones.
Veeva Vault Safety, the cloud-native platform Module 10 introduced, has AI Agents embedded directly inside its existing workflow rather than bolted on as a separate module — an intake agent that processes adverse event emails end to end, entity extraction with a visible confidence display, duplicate detection, seriousness screening, and GenAI narrative assistance.
